Due to an increase in business, we are recruiting for the following positions, based at Kishorn Port:
Commis Chef (Canteen)
Previous experience working in a similar role is required, along with food hygiene certification. Duties will include:
- Creating and implementing daily menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Ensuring that all clients are catered for within timescales set, providing for dietary and allergy requirements
- Ensure all food is properly handled and prepared in line with food hygiene standards
- Maintaining stock inventories and minimising waste
Working alongside our catering team to ensure that service times run smoothly, assisting with meal preparation and cleaning duties. Full training will be given.
Full time staff required, various shift patterns can be discussed on application. Temporary contract for minimum 3 months.
Accommodation and meals provided on site if required.
