Ferguson Transport & Shipping are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our family run business, based in Corpach, Fort William. The successful applicant would be welcomed as part of our accounts team.
Duties will include:
- Processing of delivery sales invoices
- Processing of Kishorn Port sales invoices
- Weekly driver punnet administration
- Tracking and processing monthly invoices for fuel surcharges
- Tracking and processing invoices for malt storage
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking team member whose priorities are attention to detail, accuracy and versatility. They will be required to work under pressure in a busy office environment and have the ability to multitask. Previous experience along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with Sage would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
